How do you pack painting for delivery?
We will carefully roll your painting and place
it into a strong and secure mailing tube for
safe delivery.

How much delivery cost and how long
will it take?
Paintings will
be received within 14-21 business days upon
receipt of payment.
Our flat Shipping fee is:18.99 US$ for 20x24
inch (50x60 Cm) and 32.99 US$ for 24x36 inch
(60x90 Cm). Original paintings and custom orders
shipping cost is according to their weight and
size.

Can I get the painting delivered to me more
quickly?
An Express Delivery Service of 4 -7 business
days via EMS is available for extra cost.

Can I receive a discount for combined
shipping?
We do not offer combined shipping.

What happens if I am unhappy with the
painting I receive?
Please bid with
total confidence.
If you are not 100%
satisfied for any reason, simply return it
within 7 days from receiving day and we will
replace it with same value painting or give you
full money back including your shipping and
handling charges.

Do the paintings stretched or framed?
Paintings are not
stretched or framed in order to reduce
price for customers.

Will I receive the same painting as the one
displayed in the auction?
Each painting we sell is 100% hand-made by
individual artists, the painting you receive
might have some minor variations from the image
shown on this listing but will be otherwise
identical.

Can you create any
artwork or portrait?
Sure we can. Our Professional artists can
create any portrait or artwork you wish at any
size you specifies, please check our
custom order

import duty or taxes on my painting?
In most countries, hand-painted oil on canvas
are duty free. Please contact the Customs
Service in your country directly as policies may
